Fraunhofer IMS entwickelt neuen SPAD-Detektor für kompaktes LiDAR-System

Im vom Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWE) geförderten Verbundprojekt miniLIDAR haben die Jena-Optronik GmbH sowie ein Leibniz-Institut und mehrere Fraunhofer-Institute gemeinsam ein neuartiges LiDAR-System für Weltraumanwendungen entwickelt.
